FC Barcelona winger Malcom is worried about Antoine Griezmann potentially joining the club in the summer. The Brazilian wants to stay at the club and become a success but if Griezmann came in, it could see his playing time greatly reduced.
People close to Malcom spoke to 'UOL Esporte' and confirmed that he wants to stay for at least one more season at Barça and try to earn Valverde's trust. He could change his mind should another attacker come in and change his situation at the club.
According to the same source, Malcom did consider leaving the club earlier on in the season. After a poor performance in the Copa del Rey and the lack of regular minutes, he thought about searching for a new start elsewhere. However those closest to him suggested he wait and have a little more patience.
Malcom has now played more regularly and has been key off the bench for Valverde. However Griezmann's arrival might see all that good work undone.
