They only won one of their six matches in the Champions League and drew all three of their games at home

There are no easy games in football and even less so in the Champions League. However there is added reason for why Barça should feel confident about going to face Olympique de Lyon away in France.

That's because the French side have hardly made their stadium a fortress. In the group stages, Lyon drew all three of their matches at home - all 2-2 - against Manchester City, Hoffenheim and Shakhtar Donetsk.

Lyon progressed the the round of 16 after winning at the Etihad. However their home record is cause for concern, as well as the fact they've conceded goals on every occasion too. Away goals often prove crucial in the knockout rounds.

In the 2016/17 edition it was a similar story for Lyon. The drew 0-0 with Sevilla, lost 1-0 to Juvntus and only beat Dinamo 3-0. This wasn't enough to see them progress to the next round.

That means in Lyon's new stadium, which opened in 2016, they've only won one Champions League match in front of their own fans. They've drawn four and lost one.
