Luis Suarez tells Lionel Messi he shouldn't leave Barcelona
The Uruguayan forward is a close friend of the Argentine
Luis Suarez gave an interview to TV3, where he spoke about the future of Lionel Messi. The Atletico Madrid striker is a great friend of the Barcelona captain.
“If Messi asked me as a friend, I would tell him I don’t see him anywhere other than Barca, it wouldn’t be good for him,” said Suarez. “He has to take the decision himself.
“The best would be for him to have a final three, four, five or six years at the place where he’s felt most happy. Barca is the team that have given him everything and he too has given everything for Barca.”
The voices are growing, saying that Messi should stay at Barca. But he has not made any decision yet and his future is unknown.
President Joan Laporta is in contact with the Argentine’s father and agent, with whom he has a good relationship, as he looks to try and get him to sign a new deal.
