Luis Suarez, substituted because of injury at San Mames
The Uruguayan had to go off with what appeared to be a calf injury
Bad news for Luis Suarez in Bilbao. The Uruguayan forward had to go off after 37 minutes of Barcelona's La Liga opener because of a problem in his right calf.
The striker had the best chance of the first half, which finished 0-0, but hit the post when in on goal after a bad Unai Lopez passback.
Suarez was complaining of the pain when the ball fell to him, but he could not finish.
Shortly after he was treated on the sideline then subbed for Rafinha Alcantara, who also hit the woodwork shortly after coming on, with a belter.
