Napoli and Roma are struggling to agree terms on a deal for Milik, which means Dzeko can't be released

There are plenty of Italian sides who are keeping tabs on the movements at FC Barcelona. 'Gazzetta dello Sport' were the first to reveal an agreement being in place for Arturo Vidal to join Inter Milan and they are now claiming Luis Suarez is closer to joining Juventus. This is because Roma won't release Dzeko until they've secured his replacement.

For Dzeko to leave Roma, they first need to sign Milik. The problem is Napoli are haggling over the price of their Polish striker which has forced Roma to delay releasing Dzeko. This, in turn, has caused Juve to study the option of Suarez again.

Juventus don't want to pay a high price for Suarez but would be willing to take over the majority of the €15m per season he currently earns at the Camp Nou.
