Leo Messi has been presented as a new PSG player after 21 years at Barcelona. He spoke at a press conference on Wednesday.
“I am very happy, everyone knows my departure from Barcelona was very tough because I was there so many years,” he said.
“It was hard to change after so much time. My happiness now is enormous. I want this to pass rapidly so I can play and train. I’m really looking forward to meeting my team-mates and the technical team.”
After his tears at his goodbye press conference when leaving Barcelona, now he is far happier.
“I want to thank the president and Leonardo and the club for how they’ve treated me since Barca’s message came out. It was a hard situation to arrange in so little time. I’m excited and can’t wait to keep winning, that’s why I came to this club. It’s an ambitious project, we’re prepared to win everything. I hope together we can do it.”
