Lionel Messi left on the bench for Barça's game against Leganes
Valverde's made changes with the cup tie at Sevilla on Wednesday in mind
Ernesto Valverde has left Lionel Messi on the bench for Barcelona's match against Leganes on Sunday.
As well as Messi, Ivan Rakitic and Clement Lenglet have also been rested. The latter is not even on the bench.
Ousmane Dembele and Philippe Coutinho start in attack with Luis Suarez, while Carles Aleña comes into the midfield along with Arthur and Sergio Busquets.
There's also a start for Thomas Vermaelen, who returns from a month long injury lay-off.
Barça team: Ter Stegen, Sergi Roberto, Pique, Vermaelen, Alba, Sergio, Arthur, Aleña, Dembele, Suarez Coutinho.
