Barcelona tried to include Arturo Vidal but the Parisians were not interested
There's another name on the list of Barcelona players who have been offered to PSG to convince them to sell Neymar. Coutinho (going to Bayern), Ivan Rakitic, Ousmane Dembele and Nelson Semedo have all been mentioned (the latter two by the French club).
But Le Parisien say that Barcelona have now tried to offer Arturo Vidal as part of the package, during a meeting in Paris between the two clubs. However the deal was rejected. The Chilean, Coutinho and 60 million did not match PSG's valuation.
Despite a good season with Barca last year and Vidal winning Valverde's confidence, the Chilean, 32, was on the sacrificial table at Neymar's altar. Barca have until September 2 to sign Neymar when the window shuts.
