The Barcelona president was furious with the decisions in the game in midweek

Barcelona president Joan Laporta is furious at the decisions which went against Barcelona in their midweek defeat to Inter Milan in the Champions League.

Barça had a goal ruled out for an Ansu Fati handball and were denied a penalty when Denzel Dumfries handled the ball late on. They also could have had another spot kick for a foul on Robert Lewandowski.

Laporta cannot understand how the VAR official did not tell the referee to check the Dumfires handball. He also pointed out it was the same VAR official who did not award Barça a penalty against Bayern Munich for a foul on Ousmane Dembele.

"We were all really angry this week," he said Sunday. "The refereeing in Milan was a disgrace. I let UEFA know because it was so obvious. Not just because the referee did not see it, but because the official in charge of VAR did not say anything is very serious.

"And it's the same official (in charge of VAR) who did not give us a penalty against Bayern Munich. I saw a clear penalty against Lewandowski (in Milan) which was not given, either."
