Barca youngsters at the club and around the world are some of the finest

Barcelona's academy is the third most valuable in the world per a report from the CIES Football Observatory. The study accounts for players that have formed at clubs' youth academies for at least three years between 15 and 21 years old.

La Masia products were worth 581 million euros, across 102 players in the world. There are 281 players at Barca currently.

The leaders are Benfica, whose value for 104 players is 670 million, with just 151 million of that the value of players currently at the club.

Chelsea follow them with 630 million between 78 players, with 325m of that still at the club. 

The next La Liga side after Barcelona is Real Madrid, down in 14th.

Fourth is Ajax (555m), Man City are fifth (510m), sixth are PSG (491m), then Sau Paulo (474m), Santos (444m), Flamengo (438m) and Sporting Lisbon (339m) closing out the top 10.
