Koeman not ruling out Lautaro Martinez or Depay signing
The Dutch coach is hoping the club will bring in an attacking player
Beyond the names that Ronald Koeman obviously had to speak about - Leo Messi, Luis Suarez, Riqui Puig, etc, - he was also asked about Lautaro Martinez and Memphis Depay, two Barcelona targets.
"Nothing is ruled out," said Koeman regarding the attacking duo, of Inter Milan and Lyon respectively. "But I only want to talk about the players that are here, not signings, Barca are looking at players to improve the squad, the same as they do every year."
Later he asked for patience on the transfer front. "In terms of names and players, you'll have to wait. There are two more weeks. From October 5 we will see clearly what we have. We're always looking for players to improve the team, although economically it may be difficult and potentially impossible because of the club's financial level."
