The Barça coach says some players will find it hard to get minutes this season

Barcelona coach Ronald Koeman was once again transparent with the media when speaking after his side's 2-1 win against Getafe on Sunday.

Antoine Griezmann drew some whistles from supporters at Camp Nou during the game but the coach backed the French forward.

"As a manager, I can't understand whistling our own player," he said. "You could whistle him if he had a bad attitude or didn't work hard, but Antoine had other difficulties in the game. He wasn't as fortunate as we could hope, but it's just one game."

Koeman added: "I can ask him for four goals... but we have not created chances for him, either. In addition, in the second half we lost the ball a lot."

Riqui Puig

Koeman avoided being personal when asked about Riqui Puig but he did suggest he wants the midfielder to leave.

"The players know what I think and in that sense, it's enough. We have four or five players injured and when they're back, others are going to be in a very difficult situation."

However, he was more positive when speaking about youngsters Gavi and Nico, who both came on in the win vs. Getafe.

"With them, we were positionally better with the ball, we had more of the ball. I am really happy with their performances and their character."
