Leeds goalkeeper highlights the talent and work rate of Barça's new signing with words of praise
In an interview to the Cope channel, Kiko Casilla, Leeds goalkeeper, praised his former teammate Raphinha, who has been newly signed by FC Barcelona. The former Espanyol player has radiographed the Brazilian's soccer profile and has assured that the young striker has all the required skills to adapt to Barca's style of gameplay.
"He is explosive, direct and that can be a different tool for Barça's game. He is a winger who can get inside and shoot". Casilla has not been surprised that FC Barcelona has noticed the Brazilian because he too considers him to be a player with a special talent. "When you see him train, you know he has something different and that he stands out a lot" he said.
He also added that Raphinha has a good mind and that he is peculiar as a Brazilian, one who is not too fond of partying, and who is a very hard worker. "He is very professional and hard-working, not the typical Brazilian of the past. He stays 20 minutes after training to practice the set piece and is very friendly".
