The Frenchman was substituted in the 23rd minute of the match against Austria.

Jules kounde started for France in the Nations League tie against Austria, He didn't last long on the pitch though, getting substituted in the 23rd minute by Saliba.

The initial diagnosis doesn't reveal anything serious injury, though it did seem worse when the centre-back left the pitch touching the back of his left thigh.

It should also be noted that he was still able to walk on his own.

He went down in the 20th minute of the match, signalling the bench to take him out.

A complete diagnosis is necessary to access how long he is going to be out. This could have a big impact given Barca's packed October schedule.

According to RAC 1, the injury could be serious and could even be a hamstring tear, although an official statement is yet to be made.

Ousmane Dembélé was subbed in during the 78th minute, playing a part in the game as well. He as well ended up with discomfort in his calf, and it remains to be seen if it is just a scare, or if the injury is something more serious.
