FC Barcelona president Josep Maria Bartomeu has given an interview to RAC1, saying he never considered resigning because of 'Barcagate' nor for any reason in the past few years.
"No, the opposite," said Bartomeu when asked if he'd thought of walking away. "It's the moment to knuckle down and think about working more and taking decisions. In this moment, with the pandemic, we've had problems but we will move forward."
He says "there was no corruption, it was all resolved, it shows the club didn't hire anyone to defame players or opponents, there are a lot of projects like this.
"Barca have to follow the social networks over the world and there aren't many companies in the world capable of doing that."
