Jose Mourinho's Roma interested in signing Barca winger Ez Abde
The Italian side are willing to pay 10m euros for the forward and Barcelona are considering it
Abde Ez has disappeared from Xavi’s plans in the last few months after the winter attacking reinforcements arrived.
He started well when needed but has not been used for a long time. Abde has been playing well for Barca B in the meantime and that has not gone unnoticed on the market. The winger has offers and Roma are the most interested, with Jose Mourinho’s side willing to pay 10m euros for him.
Per Corriere dello Sport, Roma are in contact to sound out a deal and are open to negotiating. The Blaugrana understand that Abde won’t have much chance to get game time next season so are looking at a potential deal with a buyback clause, something the Italians don’t want to hear about.
The economic situation means anything might be possible. The player is conscious that this is a key moment in his career and he should not play in the B team for another season. Roma might be a good solution for both sides.
