Jorge Mendes arrives in Barcelona to finalise Ansu Fati's contract renewal
Ansu is expected to sing a new deal until 2025 in the coming weeks
Ansu Fati's agent, Jorge Mendes, arrived in Barcelona on Wednesday for talks with president Joan Laporta over the forward's contract renewal.
Negotiations are already advanced and are expected to yield an agreement that will tie the young forward to Barça until June 2025
Barça don't expect to make an official announcement this week but could close the deal next week if everything goes well with Mendes in the coming days.
There's an agreement over the length of the contract and the release clause, while the financial side of the operation is not expected to throw up any problems.
