Jean-Clair Todibo's days are numbered at Benfica. The French defender, on loan from Barcelona, is not in coach Jorge Jesus' plans.
"Todibo won't play against Standard," Jesus said on Wednesday. "He doesn't have the physical or the tactical conditions. He's not worked with the team. He's not one of the players I am thinking of."
Since he joined Benfica on the last day of the transfer window, Todibo has not played for the Portuguese side due to fitness problems.
It was expected he would come into Jesus' plans once back in training but the coach's comments suggest he is not in his plans for the future.
Portuguese newspaper Record say Benfica have already decided to send Todibo back to Barcelona in January.
