Jordi Cruyff doesn't see himself replacing Koeman as Barcelona's coach
The Dutchman is happy to have a behind-the-scenes role at Camp Nou
When Barcelona announced an agreement for Jordi Cruyff to return to the club in the summer, in an advisory role, president Joan Laporta highlighted his versatility.
Many feel Jordi could be Ronald Koeman's replacement, even, if he's sacked. However, for now at least, Jordi does not see himself on the Camp Nou bench.
In recent hours, the club have tried, without success, to make him reconsider his decision to not be Koeman's replacement in the event that Barça decide to change manager.

Cruyff arrived at Barça from China, where he was coaching Shenzhen FC. He ended his contract with the Chinese club six months early to come back to Catalonia.
Before starting, he took advantage of an interview with Marca to make it clear that "neither in my head or anyone's at Barça is the idea of me replacing Koeman."
And he added that "it would be very ugly on my part, I have principles." Jordi and Koeman have been friends for 30 years and that is a factor in the decision.
Jordi's name has come up again but nothing has changed and, for now, he doesn't see himself as Barça coach. What's more, he feels Koeman is doing a tough job in adverse circumstances.
