Jordi Alba: There's no bad vibes towards Ousmane Dembele
The Barca left-back spoke about the Frenchman who is often late
Jordi Alba excused Ousmane Dembele’s behaviour, saying he’s “a young player and anyone can make mistakes, he’s an important player for us.”
The also said “inside the dressing room there’s never been bad vibes towards, in this case, Dembele.”
Alba also spoke about his contract renewal and said “I already said it’s a topic I want to park. I’m calm, I want to stay at the club for many years but the club also has a stake and wants to look at what’s best for it.”
Barcelona have been linked with Chelsea striker Alvaro Morata. “He’s had a lot of years at a good level and good players are always welcome at Barca, and good people.
“It’s a decision for the club, I have huge appreciation for him.”
On Levante he added: “They are a difficult opponent, the fans push a lot and they have improved.”
Alba was speaking at an Adidas event to present the Copa 19+ boots. He played five minutes in a five-a-side game, showing his ability.
