Jordi Alba re-injured as Barcelona beaten by Bayern Munich
The defender didn't make it to the 30 minute mark against the German side
Jordi Alba was already an injury doubt for the Champions League game against Bayern Munich and he lasted just 28 minutes as Barcelona were beaten 3-0.
The defender got injured in the loss to Real Betis on Saturday but was rushed back against Bayern only to pull up in the first half with a relapse to his muscle injury,
Alba was replaced by Oscar Mingueza in Germany with the score still goalless at the Allianz Arena at the time. Bayern opened the scoring a few minutes later.
It left Barça with a four-man defence made up of four central defenders, from right to left: Ronald Araujo, Gerard Pique, Eric Garcia and Mingueza.
