The Spanish full-back believes Rakitic is an important signing for the Europa League winners
Jesús Navas has been speaking at Spain's training camp at the Ciudad del Fútbol de Las Rozas. Unsurprisingly, the experienced full-back was asked about his thoughts on Ivan Rakitic's return to Sevilla.
"It would be great news if Rakitic returns to Sevilla. He's a great player and a great person who would bring a lot to Sevilla. He's been very good at Barcelona and he would add a lot of quality as a player and as a person," insists Navas. Everything suggests Rakitic will return to Sevilla on a free transfer, as revealed by SPORT.
Navas also spoke about a deal which has been confirmed and that's Oscar Rodriguez joining the Europa League winners. "I congratulate him on the call-up and his signing too. I hope it'll be a great year for him."
