Javier Tebas: Ansu Fati is equal to or better than Kylian Mbappe
The LaLiga chief has given his opinion on two of the game's best youngsters
La Liga president Javier Tebas has told El Partidazo de Cope that Barcelona star Ansu Fati is as good as if not better than Kylian Mbappe.
Paris Saint-Germain striker Mbappe is wanted by Real Madrid and a move to the Bernabeu would open the door to another generational rivalry between two of the game's great young players.
"We always like to value what we have outside of Spain," Tebas said. "But we have Ansu Fati (in LaLiga), it's a shame about his injury, but in the time he was back he showed he's equal to or better than Mbappe."
Mbappe is four years older than Ansu and has more top-level experience but both are on track to be two of the best players in the world.
