"I'm going on holiday and I hope that I'll have a new club to play for," is what the Dutch stopper said

FC Barcelona goalkeeper, Jasper Cillessen, has admitted his wish is to leave the club at the end of the season. The Dutch stopper told 'Ziggo Sport' about his plans after winning LaLiga. "I feel really happy," were Cillessen's words but he clearly doesn't want to spend another season sat on the bench.

Cillessen hasn't played a single league game this season although he hopes to play in the remaining LaLiga matches as well as the Copa del Rey final against Valencia on the 25th May. "It's a great club. I can't wait for them."

When asked about his future, the goalkeeper was quite clear. "First, I'm going on holiday and then I hope that I'll have a new club to play for. Because I want to play."

He was then asked about his international teammates, Frenkie de Jong and Matthijs de Ligt, joining Barça in the summer. "I know that one is coming but the other one. Is that true? If he has the opportunity to come to Barcelona, he should take advantage of it."

Attention now switches to the Champions League where Marc Andre ter Stegen is likely to remain between the sticks. "That's how it is but you never know. Maybe something happens at the last minute and I need to play," concluded Jasper.
