Ivan Rakitic: We don't think La Liga is over

Ivan Rakitic did not want to say La Liga is over after Barcelona's 5-0 win at Real Betis that saw them go 11 points clear. 

"We don't talk about La Liga and how things are [in the table] in the dressing room," said the Croatian.

"We just one to take things one game at a time and take on one rival at a time, as we always have done. Knowing the Betis coach, we knew it was going to be a tough game tonight from the start and that they were going to try and press high and rob the ball from us. But we were patient and we waited for our moment to get that first goal and to find more space. It was a hard-fought game.

"We're working hard to keep improving every day. We have not won anything yet and what we still have to come this season is going to be really difficult. We have to focus on the second leg of the Copa del Rey game now, so we don't have a lot of time to think about what's going on in La Liga. The toughest tests are still to come. We have to go for everything, but taking things step-by-step."
