Inter and Celta Vigo want Barça midfielder Rafinha this month

Rafinha has just returned from a long injury layoff

His options at Barcelona look limited right now

Recovering from an injury which has left you out of action for so long is never an easy situation. Rafinha has not played since last April and playing time is now exactly what he needs. That looks difficult at Barça and the Brazilian is not exactly hopeful. With Ousmane Dembele back and the signing of Philippe Coutinho, Rafinha's chances reduce even more.

Without Dembele, Rafinha could have been the perfect foil on the right of the 4-4-2 system which Ernesto Valverde has used at times. However, the injury he sustained against Granada last April didn't heal and he was left unable to take advantage of any opportunities which may have been afforded to him. Now he is fit again but Valverde doesn't have the same needs as he did three months ago.

Celta Vigo have expressed an interest in Rafinha. Remember that he was on loan there in 2013-14, under Luis Enrique and Juan Carlos Unzue, and it was a good experience. He would be received with open arms in Vigo. But in Italy, there are reports that Inter Milan also want him.

Inter are currently third in Seria A, nine points back from top spot. Spalletti has asked for Rafinha, according to Mediaset, in a bid to improve his options this month. Rafinha would not be against moving to Italy. What he wants, above anything else, is to get back playing regularly. That's more important than ever with the World Cup around the corner.
