In England they see Ousmane Dembele very close to a Chelsea switch
The French winger can leave for any club he likes at the end of the month for free
Joan Laporta’s comments about Ousmane Dembele’s future have not gone unnoticed in England. The president said that Dembele has an offer on the table but has not responded to it. The English media have interpreted this as a further step towards Chelsea from the Borussia Dortmund man. The Blues are leading the race for him.
Per The Sun, Chelsea feel Dembele wants to come and start a new challenge there in the summer. Todd Boehly, the new Blues owner, wants to give Thomas Tuchel some players that he wants and Dembele could be one.
Barcelona are almost certain they will lose him at the end of his deal on June 30.
The Sun say that if Chelsea don’t get Dembele then they are looking at Gabriel Jesus and Raheem Sterling of Man City as other options.
