According to reports in Italy, the Brazilian is ready to quit Barcelona

Malcom has offered himself to Roma. According to Il Corriere dello Sport, the Brazilian regrets signing for Barcelona and has let Monchi know of his intention to sign for the Italians after a deal broke down in the summer.

The chances of Malcom leaving Barça at the moment are remote. Both the player and his agent have declared that he wants to stay at Camp Nou and succeed. And even though Ernesto Valverde doesn't seem to count on him, the club are not considering a sale -- although a loan's not been ruled out.

But a Roma loan seems unlikely. Above all because of the relationship between the club's hierarchy and Malcom after what happened in the summer. Remember that a deal was in place between Bordeaux and the Serie A club, but Malcom opted to move to Barça instead at the eleventh hour.

Before Malcom's U-turn, Roma had already announced a deal on social media and fans headed to the airport to greet him. He never turned up, insteady flying to Portland to join up with his new Barcelona teammates.
