Huesca vs. Barcelona: Messi and Alba return to Koeman's squad

The duo missed the midweek draw with Eibar, injured and banned respectively

FC Barcelona trained on Saturday ahead of Sunday's game against Huesca, with Lionel Messi and Jordi Alba both returning to the squad for the league game.

Messi missed Tuesday's 1-1 draw against Eibar with an ankle problem, while Alba was suspended after picking up five yellow cards.

Samuel Umtiti will miss the game against Huesca after coming down with a stomach bug on Friday evening.

Without Coutinho

With respect to the squad that faced Eibar, in addition to Umtiti, the injured Philippe Coutinho also drops out with a knee injury.

The Brazilian will be out for three months after undergoing an operation on Saturday to fix the damaged mensicus in his left knee.

Also still missing are Gerard Pique, Sergi Roberto and Ansu Fati, but B team forward Konrad de la Fuente will also make the trip to Huesca.

The team will travel to Huesca on Sunday, leaving the training ground at 10.15h and arriving at around 13.15h. The game will kick off at 21.00h at El Alcoraz and the squad will return straight after the game.
