How Xavi's meeting with the squad went after Inter pain

Xavi Hernandez met with the players on Tuesday before training. It was necessary to analyse the draw against Inter and the more than likely KO in the Champions League, especially considering that a decisive Clasico will be played on Sunday at the Bernabéu. The coach tried to encourage his footballers, very hurt by the disappointment that European elimination represents. And he sent them a very clear message: "Let's go for La Liga!"
The Blaugrana coach explained to the players that he was satisfied with the team's performance in the first part of the game against Inter because they had applied the agreed tactics very well. But, evidently, he reproached them for two individual errors that ruined all the work done before. Xavi reminded them that these mistakes take a heavy toll in a competition as short and intense as the Champions League.
The coach asked them to maintain the level they have shown so far in La Liga and, above all, he reminded them that they have to be brave at the Bernabeu, like last season, in which they achieved a historic 4-0 victory. Xavi insisted that the objective of this season is to win La Liga, that they must forget the enormous disappointment of the Champions League and try to maintain their league lead until the World Cup break.
