Griezmann: Barça struggled to create but we managed to turn it around
The France forward was happy with the second half performance in Ibiza
Antoine Griezmann was the star in Ibiza, rescuing Barcelona against the third division side with two late goals in a 2-1 win.
Barça hadn't had a shot on target in the first half and trailed 1-0 at the break before coming from behind to book their place in the last 16.
"To be honest, we struggled to create chances in the first half, we didn't get forward well enough against a good Ibiza defence," Griezmann told DAZN.
"We didn't have a single shot in the first half, it was a new system and we had to get used to it. We have to build confidence with the ball, move more in attack, understand the coach's tactics."
Barça improved after the break and eventually turned things around. Griezmann struck the equaliser in the 72nd minute and then won the game in stoppage time with extra-time looming.
"We did a good job, especially in the second half, and I have to thank my team-mates for the passes that let me score," the France forward added. "I had two chances and they went in."
