Roger Federer's latest Wimbledon crown was met with a wave of praise and admiration on social media, including from Barcelona's players.
Gerard Pique, a lover of Tennis, took to Twitter after the Swiss player secured his eighth title in SW19 on Sunday, more than any other player in the men's game, with a win over Martin Cilic in the final -- he has now won Wimbledon in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2009, 201 and, 2017.
Federer is also the male tennis player with the most Grand Slams, with his eight Wimbledon titles added to by five Australian Opens, five US Opens and one French Open/Roland Garros, giving him 19 in total.
