The Barça midfielder now has a market value of around €90 million

Gavi was man of the match in Barelona's 3-1 win over Real Madrid in the Spanish Supercopa final. He has already established himself as one of the best young players in European football -- as well as one of the most highly valued in the game.

According to 'Transfermarkt', the 18-year-old Barça midfielder is valued at €90 million, a figure that places him among the best players in the world in proportion to age and market value.

When he made his debut with the Barça first team at the beginning of last season, Gavi was valued at €25m. The Andalusian has since had a year full of individual successes that led him to recently be crowned with the Kopa and 'Golden Boy' trophies, which reward the best young player on the planet.

His market 'price' has not stopped rising and he has become one of the most valued jewels on the European scene. Gavi ranks fourth in most valuable players in LaLiga and 10th in the world, a list that includes top elite names such as Mbappé, Haaland, Bellingham and Pedri, with whom Gavi forms a duo for Barça in midfield.

The sky is the limit for Gavi, an important player in this new Barça led by Xavi Hernández who, after winning the Spanish Supercopa, is already looking at the three titles that remain to be competed for this year: Liga, Copa del Rey and Europa League.
