France coach Didier Deschamps is not surprised that Ousmane Dembele's in the headlines at Barcelona for his behaviour of the pitch.
Asked in a press conference about the difficulties Dembele is having with punctuality, Deschams warned the forward he "must be more aware."
Deschamps made it clear that he's not spoke with Barça about Dembele: "I've not spoke with the club's staff for the simple reason that I don't get involved with how clubs run on a day-to-day basis. It's up to them to manage their players as they see fit."
However, he added: "Ousmane has a habit of arriving late. In his defence, I am sure he wull say that he's not the only one. Whether with his club or his country, he has to be more aware of the things that form the day-to-day of top level football.
"He must improve to prevent it from becoming negative. These are situations that can be repeated. The sooner he understands that, the better for everyone."
