Florentino Pérez now has the funds to complete a deal for Neymar. The Real Madrid president has secured a new line of credit which gives him the financial power to match PSG's demands for their wantaway forward.
PSG's high asking price is proving difficult for potential suitors but this extra cash should come in handy. Due to the club's failure to move on their own unwanted stars, Florentino has needed to find cash from another source.
The other issue for Madrid was agreeing on personal terms with Neymar. This seems to have been resolved by the player's agent, Pini Zahavi, who has told Florentino that Neymar is now willing to move to the Santiago Bernabeu. Due to Barça's difficulty in their own negotiations with PSG, the option of joining Madrid might be the only one available to Neymar.
