Xavi Hernandez wants maximum professionalism from his team. He wants them to arrive at least an hour and a half before training.
On Friday morning there was one player who did not manage this. Ousmane Dembele arrived at 8.33am, three minutes late, according to ESPN.
In theory he should be fined; we'll have to see if Xavi lets him off with a clip on the ear this time or not.
