The club are following UEFA protocols and will undergo even more tests in Lisbon before facing Bayern

FC Barcelona, who are planning to fly to Lisbon on Thursday, will today undergo another round of PCR testing. These tests must be taken by all players and coaching staff who will make up part of the travelling party to Portugal.

The Barça squad were expected in this morning for training and the tests will also be done at the same time. If all the tests come back negative, the club will undergo another round of testing in Lisbon before they face Bayern.

The two positive cases at Atletico Madrid (Correa and Vrsaljko) has made other teams understandably cautious and nervous. However this level of testing is required in order for the competition to go ahead as safely as possible.

UEFA's rules state that if at least 13 players are available, including one goalkeeper, then the match will go ahead as planned.
