The midfielder spoke to SPORT this week from Las Rozas in Madrid

Barcelona and Spain midfielder Pedri has spoken exclusively to SPORT from the Spain camp in Las Rozas, giving his opinion on the new signings at Camp Nou this summer.

"He's a player that can add a lot, a right-back that we didn't have and can contribute many things."

Marcos Alonso

"A great friend of mine, he has spectacular physical prowess, it's crazy. He adds a lot of quality."

“Andreas is very good at bringing the ball out, he also is tall, which can help with balls in both boxes."

“Kessie is an animal, he's wild on the pitch. When he classes with people, they fly three meters, like I said, in training I prefer to not be against him (smiles)."

“Kounde played really well in Sevilla, he was a centre-back I like a lot. We now what he has done and what he can add."

"Goals, the experience of winning almost everything... he can help on and off the pitch."

"He has really surprised me, he works a lot for the team. He is always running, battling to rob the ball back. He has quality and a shot that few others can match."

Pablo Torre

"I have a good relationship with Pablito. A video came out saying we didn't get on well, that we hadn't spoke, but I sent him a message so he would be happy, so he knew I was here for anything he needed. He has a lot of quality and I hope he can bring a lot to the team."

And coach Xavi

"It's crazy to have him, he brings so much. He knows what he wants to play, the football he's seen since he was little, that Barça played... it's al luxury to have him."
