A number of injury problems are making it difficult for the coach to pick a team

Ernesto Valverde and Barcelona have a number of doubts ahead of Sunday's La Liga game against Sevilla at Camp Nou, which falls just before the international break.

Barça go into the game on the back of an impressive comeback against Inter Milan in midweek, with Arturo Vidal playing an important role off the bench.

TER STEGEN AND 10 MORE?

Vidal's role this weekend is one of the unknowns but not the only one. Injuries and suspensions will condition Valverde's side, which is almost a literal expression of 'Ter Stegen and 10 more.'

Of course, the German will play in goal ahead of meeting up with Germany and all the drama that comes with that and his battle for the No.1 spot with Manuel Neuer.

TODIBO AND JORDI ALBA

There's a shortage in defence. Lenglet is suspended and Umtiti injured. Therefore, Gerard Pique, who's one game from a ban, should be paired with Todibo -- unless Valverde experiments.

It's not much better at full-back. Junior Firpo's out and Jordi Alba will see how he feels in training on Saturday. Semedo could continue at left-back with Sergi Roberto at right-back.

BUSQUETS AND ARTURO VIDAL

There are more questions in midfield. The combination Busquets-De Jong-Arthur appears to be Valverde's preferred trio, but against Inter Vidal made a huge impact.

The team's reaction was in part down to the Chilean. The doubt is whether that should be saved as an option or used as an initial plan. Rakitic and Aleña are also waiting for more game time.

TRIDENT?

Valverde also has options in attack. Wille he stick with Messi-Suárez-Griezmann or will he bring Dembele in from the start?
