The former Betis striker insists that Ansu needs to be protected as he breaks into the first team

Former Real Betis striker and LaLiga Ambassador, Denilson de Oliveira, gave his thoughts on Ansu Fati's breakthrough into the senior setup at FC Barcelona.

"I'm more worried than excited by Ansu Fait's explosion into football," the ex-forward said. "He's 16 years old and knows about this but... I'm worried he'll get attacked and people will forget he's just a kid."

"Rushing is never good and you can't burn through the stages. After a great start, there are going to be bad moments and poor performances. You need to see how they manage that situation, how they work with him and his entourage because it's never easy at that age."
