Dembele trains with his teammates as Barça star steps up recovery
The Frenchman wants to be involved in the Champions League this month
Ousmane Dembele participated in training on Saturday morning almost six months after he was ruled out for the season and operated on.
He took part in the first part of Barça's session at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper as the Catalan prepare for the Champions League game against Napoli at Camp Nou on Aug. 8.
Dembele is desperate to return and have an impact, although everything suggests it won't be until next season that he's finally unleashed as Barça err against rushing him back.
However, he wants to push himself if Barça progress in the Champions League and be available for selection if Quique Setien's side make it to the final eight in Lisbon.
Antoine Griezmann also took part in Saturday's session and is set to be fit for the game against Napoli after missing the final two games of the league campaign injured.
B team players Iñaki Peña, Mingueza, Reis, Jandro, Monchu, Konrad, Riqui Puig and Ansu Fati remain with the first team.
