Deco to meet with... Deco to negotiate Raphinha's Premier League move?!

The Brazilian winger's agent is also Laporta's favourite to become Barça's sporting director

Please explain it to me! Deco is Joan Laporta's main candidate to replace Mateu Alemany as FC Barcelona's sporting director. One of the first missions that Deco would have in his new position would be to prepare the club's 'Operation Exit,' which includes the possible departure of one of the player's he currently represents, Raphinha.

So, 'Deco the agent' would meet with 'Deco the sporting director' to agree on the exit of the Brazilian winger. 'Deco the sporting director' would negotiate the sale price with Premier League clubs and, obviously, 'Deco the agent' would agree the commission that he should receive as the agent carrying out the transfer.

Effectively, Deco would meet with himself to decide almost everything. An ideal scenario. Never has an agent had such an idyllic scenario to conduct a negotiation.

The last straw would be if, during the talks, the negotiations break down because Deco does not agree with himself. I think all this madness, if it comes to fruition, will need a 'long, long' explanation to make sense of it.
