The goalkeeper is willing to listen to offers if everyone benefits

The market for goalkeepers will be busy this summer and Jasper Cillessen could be one of the big protagonists. The Dutch goalkeeper had a good season, delivering when required by Barca,, and various top teams want him and can offer him a starting spot. Something he won't have at Barca with Ter Stegen around.

Chelsea and Arsenal are the latest sides to get involved. Barca have said he is not transferrable and will refer clubs to his 60m euro release clause, but it all depends on Cillessen.

Liverpool were rumoured to be in for him but the London sides have made a direct movement to ask his availability. Chelsea are thinking about selling Thibaut Courtois, who does not want to renew his deal, while Unai Emery has asked for a goalkeeper to relieve Petr Cech.

Cillessen already said last summer he doesn't like being a sub, despite knowing the situation when he signed. His feelings were diluted last season when Ter Stegen was injured and missed some games. This time Cillessen says he is intending to stay because he likes the club, but he is willing to go if the an offer arrives that can't be rejected.

Barca signed Cillessen for 13m euros, plus 2m in variables. In England they are saying these clubs may bid between 30 and 35m. Barca would be unlikely to sell for that price because they would have to spend that on a replacement and it's not easy at that price on the current market.
