AS Monaco midfielder Cesc Fabregas, who had two spells at FC Barcelona, spoke to Onda Cero on Thursday about his former teammates, Lionel Messi and Gerard Pique.
On Messi, Fabregas said: "Messi's a player with a brutal mentality that (means) as long as he sees himself performing, he's going to keep playing -- and with the quality he has he could play until he is 40."
Cesc continued: "I remember perfectly the day Messi arrived (at La Masia). He didn't talk much, but he played as you see, he was unstoppable."
He also spoke about another veteran in the Barça dressing room, Pique, who he imagines "will be Barcelona president sooner than later."
