Their president is looking at legal action to deny the centre back a move

Barca's B team is moving forwards. After signing Rey Manaj and Mateus Pereira, they are now trying to get Santiago Mingo Ramos, a central defender at Boca Juniors. He has not signed a professional contract with Boca, so Barcelona think they can get him. However their president Jorge Amor Ameal, is not happy.

"There is a FIFA clause for the incomings the player has had, he belongs to us," said the president to TyC Sports. "Our lawyers are working ad we will fight because he's ours."

The player is working on the paperwork for his Italian passport, which he should receive in the coming days and arrive with double nationality. It could take up to a month and a half at the worst like in the Moussa Wague and Ronald Araujo situations.
