Bjorn Kuipers will referee the Barca vs PSG game
UEFA have appointed the Dutchman to take charge of the Camp Nou clash
UEFA have published the names of the officials for the Champions League clash between Barcelona and PSG. The match referee will be Dutchman Bjorn Kuipers, 47 years of age.
It will be the 10th time he has taken charge of the Catalans, and under him Barca have four wins, 4 draws and one defeat to date.
The last time he was in charge of them was in the 2018-19 semi-final where they beat Liverpool 3-0. However we all know what happened next.
Before that it was the 0-0 draw with Juventus that sealed Barcelona’s exit from the Champions League in 2017.
Among the other games, the 2011 European Super Cup 2-0 win over Porto is notable.
