The German international insists Bayern won't be taking the match against Barça for granted in the Champions League

FC Bayern Munich's attacking midfielder, Thomas Muller, claims his side won't be taking Barça for granted in the Champions League. The German team are arguably in the best form of anyone left in the competition whereas Barça have failed to win a single trophy this season.

"We are picking up record after record and that isn't by pure chance. But we will take every match seriously. Barcelona didn't win the Spanish league and have had some struggles but in a one-off match, anything can happen," Muller told 'Kicker'.

Bayern are unbeaten since the 7th December 2019 and since the 16th February, they've won every one of their matches.

Bayern head coach, Hansi Flick, has plenty of respect for Barça but is confident in his own team's ability to get the job done. The team had two weeks rest after their last domestic match and steamrollered Chelsea in their previous fixture.
