Barjuan confirms Ansu out vs. Alaves but Dembele could return

Barcelona interim coach Sergi Barjuan has confirmed Ansu Fati will miss Saturday's game against Alaves but added Ousmane Dembele could feature.

Ansu, 18, missed the defeat to Rayo Vallecano in midweek with a knee injury he picked up in the Clasico and won't be risked ahead of the Champions League game vs. Dynamo Kiev on Tuesday.

Dembele, meanwhile, has returned to full training after four months out and could make the squad for the weekend's game at Camp Nou.

"Ansu's not trained and it's difficult for him to be involved," Barjuan said. "As for Dembele, he has trained and there's a chance he's in the squad for the game."
