The team will stay at the Sheraton Hotel in Lisbon with Bayern up first

With Napoli beaten, Barcelona are preparing for their next Champions League game, a quarterfinal against Bayern Munich in Lisbon on Friday, Aug. 14.

The trip to the Portuguese capital is now confirmed, as is the club's planning in the case that they continue in the competition. In contrast to other teams, like PSG and Bayern, who travel to Portugal on Sunday to stay in the Algarve, Barça won't travel to Lisbon until Thursday.

Barça's chartered flight will leave El Prat airport at 11am. The team will stay at the Sheraton Hotel in Lisbon, close to the Marques de Pombal square, a zone packed with offices and businesses.

The hotel is just a few kilometres away from the Da Luz stadium, where they will face Bayern, and is also close to the Jose Alvalade, which will be their semifinal venue if they progress.

All eight of the teams that have made it to this stage will stay in a different hotel.

Barça will train on Aug. 13 at the Da Luz stadium. On that same day, Atletico Madrid will play against RB Leipzig in the Jose Alvalade stadium at 9pm.

From there, depending on if Barça or Bayern progress, UEFA have prepared two different possible scenarios for Barça to continue training in Portugal: the facilities at the Jamor Sports Complex, where the national stadium is in Oeiras, 22km outside of Lisbon, or at Benfica's training centre, based in Seixal.
