The Danish forward is out for several months after taking knee surgery
It’s official. Barcelona forward Martin Braithwaite took surgery on Thursday to solve his knee injury and he will be out for several months. The Dane discarded the option of conservative treatment and took the operation from doctors Monllau and Puigdellivol, under supervision from club medics.
The Dane was injured against Getafe on August 29 and Ronald Koeman cannot use him now for several months. Another setback for the Dutch coach when it comes to the absences in the attack.
